Foster Fine Art Portraits suffered a tremendous loss during the Wheeling Area Floods during the month of June, as a result we temporarily moved our beautiful studio back to our charming home location just a 10 min drive from our flooded space in the Elm Terrace shopping plaza. Because sessions are held in our private studio setting, we share the exact GPS address with confirmed clients prior to their session.​
